A. Z. Trade International extrudes uPVC pressure pipe, drainage pipe and electrical conduit, and moulds the fittings that go with them. Fifteen years supplying Bangladesh’s industry — now from our own factory floor.
Four lines run out of the Chattogram plant. Everything is extruded or moulded from virgin resin, batch-coded, and stocked in standard lengths so orders ship the same week.

One continuous line, from dry powder to a printed, bundled length on the truck.
PVC resin, calcium carbonate, stabiliser and lubricant are weighed to a fixed recipe and hot-mixed. We import most of these ourselves, so we know what is in every batch.
The dry blend is fed to a twin-screw extruder and pushed through the die head as a continuous tube. Twin screws are used for PVC because the material is abrasive and heat-sensitive.
The soft pipe is drawn through a vacuum tank that fixes the outside diameter, then spray-cooled until it holds its shape.
Each length is inkjet-printed with size, class, standard and date, cut to 5.8 m, then sampled for wall thickness, hydrostatic pressure and impact.
Pipe is strapped into bundles and loaded from our own yard. Chattogram port and the Dhaka highway are both a short haul away.
A. Z. Trade International started as an importer, and that side of the business is still open. If you supply any of these into Bangladesh, we buy in container quantities — and if you need them for your own plant, we sell.
For more than fifteen years A. Z. Trade International supplied chemicals and polymer raw materials to some of the country’s largest industrial buyers. We learned the material from the inside — which resin behaves, which filler causes trouble on a hot day, what a good batch looks like coming off a line.
Moving into manufacturing was the obvious next step. From our plant on Munshi Abdur Rashid Street in Chattogram we now make the pipe ourselves, to the same standard we spent fifteen years insisting on from our own suppliers.
